Whether you want to report a problem, request assistance, or share suggestions, this feature ensures you always have a quick and reliable way to connect with us.

How to Contact Support Team

• Open your browser and visit: https://<your-tenant>.apisecapps.com

• Click on the Contact Support menu.

• Now you will see the Contact Support form.

• In the form,

  • Name and Email – Will be auto-filled from your account.

  • Subject – Enter a short title for your request.

  • Support Request Type – Choose one of the options: Give Feedback, Report a Problem, or Request Help.

  • Describe Issue – Provide details about your request or problem.

  • File Upload (Optional) – Attach screenshots or API specification files to help us understand better.

  And finally click on the Submit button.

• Now the request is submitted.
